SmartCheck is an AI-supported checklist importer function in Testify. It makes it possible to automatically convert existing checklists or test templates (e.g. in Word, Excel or PDF) into digital checklists. The artificial intelligence recognizes questions, points and structures and transfers them into the system. This saves quality managers a lot of time when digitizing checklists and avoids manual transcription errors.

Testify supports audits in accordance with ISO 9001 with digital checklists, clear structures and automatic documentation of all audit points. Auditors can edit audit questions and evaluation criteria directly in the app and immediately record deviations with photos and comments. The software uses this to create an audit-proof audit log that can be used to transparently demonstrate compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. In addition, corrective measures can be derived and tracked directly from the audit results, which supports quality management in continuous improvement. Digitized templates and checklists can be published according to the 4- or 6-eye principle (dual approval process).

A wide range of functions and workflows can be used flexibly as standard according to the modular principle and depending on the role concept. Further developments or customer-specific requirements are planned with the client in a request meeting and implemented in the Testify standard. Feature requests can be submitted via a convenient ticket portal. If there is a need, the feature can be commissioned after an internal refinement process.
