With the motivation to constantly drive innovation, requirements were defined for suitable software to digitize production processes. By opting for Testify, RM received a flexible digitalization toolkit in the form of an easy-to-use checklist app for recording, documenting and analysing quality processes.

Until now, the documentation of production processes and the recording of deviations has been carried out analogously. Checklists for documenting inspections were filled out manually by production employees and transferred to the downstream IT systems. The defect process for recording and analyzing deviations was also carried out manually. RM sees digitalization as an opportunity to further increase efficiency and simplify production processes.
