Set up HACCP checklists and map CCPs in a structured manner
Checklist Designer, you can store your HACCP plans digitally: with defined critical control points, limit values, tolerance ranges and the prescribed corrective measures in the event of deviations. Numerical check types allow you to directly enter measured values with upper and lower limits so that deviations are automatically detected and marked. Once templates have been created, they are immediately available for all shifts, lines and locations, are centrally versioned and always comply with the current HACCP plan.
Mobile recording of temperature and hygiene checks
Your employees carry out HACCP inspections directly via smartphone or tablet, structured by production line, station or inspection point. Measured values are entered numerically and photos are attached immediately in the event of deviations. Mandatory fields and completion criteria ensure that no inspection can be completed incompletely. The offline mode makes it possible to carry out checks even in areas without a stable network connection; all data is automatically synchronized once the connection is established. External sensor data can be fed directly into Testify via the sensor integration and automatically documented.
Recognize deviations immediately and initiate corrective measures
If a recorded measured value is outside the defined limit value, the deviation is automatically highlighted in Testify and a corrective measure is created. The person responsible is notified immediately. All measures taken are documented with a time stamp, responsibility and status so that the entire corrective action process remains fully traceable. This enables you to meet the HACCP requirement for complete documentation not only of controls, but also of all deviations and their rectification.
Export HACCP protocols and pass audits safely
After each inspection round, Testify automatically creates an audit-proof log with all recorded measured values, photos, deviations and corrective measures, exportable as a PDF in your own corporate design. All logs are archived centrally and can be retrieved at any time.
