Before the actual audit begins, the question arises: What is being audited, who is responsible, and what requirements apply to this area? In the Testify Checklist Designer, audit managers create test templates for a wide variety of audit types: internal audits, supplier audits, 5S audits, product audits or standard-specific tests according to ISO or IATF. Templates are reusable, centrally versioned and can be adapted at any time without changing existing audit results. Deadlines and responsibilities are stored directly in the system so that everyone involved works transparently and comprehensibly on the same level.

During the audit, the auditor accompanies the checklist directly on the tablet or smartphone through all defined inspection points. Findings, observations and deviations are recorded immediately with photos, comments and assessments. The integrated scoring system enables a structured evaluation of individual inspection points directly during the check. The app is fully functional even without an internet connection; all data is automatically synchronized once a connection is established. Mandatory fields and completion criteria ensure that incomplete reports cannot be completed in the first place.

Each finding identified during the audit is created directly as an action, with assigned responsibility, due date and status control. Testify automatically notifies those responsible and reminds them of outstanding issues. The current processing status can be viewed by everyone involved at any time. Testify thus closes the most common weak point in the audit process: the lack of follow-up after the audit.

Once an audit has been completed, Testify automatically creates an audit-proof report with all test results, evaluations, photos and the current status of measures, exportable as a PDF in your own corporate design. All reports are archived centrally and can be retrieved at any time. Audit histories can be evaluated over several audit cycles and improvement trends can be made visible. For external certification audits, all required documentation is available in full and in an organized manner.
