As a pioneer in the field of Industry 4.0, processes are also continuously optimized within the company. This is also the case at the Linz site in the areas of HSE (occupational health and safety) and facility management. There, the need to digitize paper checklists for checking legal HSE requirements as part of building and fire safety inspections and plant inspections was identified.

The proof of concept was launched in April 2022.

The time spent distributing checklists and collating all inspection results is now completely eliminated. The inspection reports are then automatically exported to a document management tool and are therefore stored in a legally compliant manner.
