How are the parcels invoiced?
All packages are billed annually in advance. This means you benefit from stable prices, planning security and simpler accounting.
add-ons can be billed either monthly or annually.
Are there any hidden costs or additional fees?
No. There are no hidden expenses or additional costs.

Are the prices quoted inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All prices are subject to VAT and are aimed exclusively at companies (B2B).
Why is there a one-off setup & implementation fee?
The setup includes personal support from our Solutions Team. We set up your client individually according to your processes, train key users and employees and support you with best-practice workshops.
This means you start optimally prepared and avoid expensive adjustments or misconfigurations later on.
Why are unlimited users included in the starter package?
So that you can try out Testify flexibly. Many companies want to involve several employees, departments or external partners, especially during the test phase.
You can create as many test users as you like to get to know all the functions without any restrictions.
What happens after the 14-day test phase?
At the end of the test phase, access ends for you and we take the liberty of asking you again whether the test client is still needed. There will be no automatic renewal or debit. You decide for yourself whether you want to continue using Testify afterwards.
Do I have to enter payment details for the test phase?
No. No credit card or payment information is required for the test phase. The test is completely non-binding and ends automatically after 14 days.
