Carry out digital quality control in production and document it seamlessly

Anyone who carries out quality inspections using paper forms or Excel lists is constantly struggling with outdated versions, incomplete entries and a lack of comparability. With Testify, quality managers create test checklists once in the no-code checklist designer and then use them as often as they like. Test objects, production lines and test steps are mapped hierarchically so that every line, every machine and every batch is clearly assigned. A variety of check types such as numerical entries with tolerance limits, photo uploads, multiple choice or the integration of external sensor data allow each test step to be mapped precisely. Recurring checks can be scheduled and automatically assigned.

During production, testers work directly in the Testify app, on a tablet or smartphone, even without an active internet connection. Each check can be documented with photos, comments and measured values. Tolerance limits are stored and automatically highlight deviations without the tester having to recalculate. Employees can use a QR code or RFID scanner to jump directly to the correct checklist for the correct test object. If the inspector detects a deviation, a defect is created directly during the check, assigned a severity level, category and due date and immediately forwarded to the person responsible. There is no media discontinuity and no subsequent entry.

Quality control only brings lasting benefits if any deviations identified are also consistently rectified. Testify automatically assigns defects to the responsible employees or groups and sends notifications by email and push. Those responsible can see their open tasks in the integrated task overview and can provide feedback directly in the app. The defect timeline makes it clear who took which action and when. This creates transparency for supervisors, quality managers and external auditors alike.

After each completed test, Testify automatically creates an audit-proof test report as a PDF. In the integrated reporting, quality managers can see at a glance which test objects, lines or shifts repeatedly show deviations, how the quality indicators develop over time and where there is a need for optimization. Pareto analyses, trends and cross-location comparisons enable data-based control of quality processes. For more in-depth evaluations, the data can be transferred directly to Power BI or other analysis tools.
