Open checklist
Using QR codes or RFID on machines, work areas or documents or directly in the app, employees jump straight to the right checklist.

Execute checks
Employees can enter the results immediately and add photos or comments. For temperature checks that are read out via sensors, for example, the checks are filled in automatically.

Record & assign defects
Deviations or defects can be created directly during the check and supplemented with relevant information such as defect category, severity, description and photos. Additional markings can be made in the photo editor.
The deficiency can then be assigned directly to the responsible colleague.

Complete the checklist
Once the checklist has been completed, it can be forwarded to the next instance for approval in accordance with the dual control principle. With Testify, you have the option of configuring a wide variety of closures.

Export test reports
Once the checklist has been completed, an inspection report is automatically generated which can be exported as a PDF to a document management tool of your choice.
