Quality control is a process that aims to ensure that manufactured products or services meet the predefined quality target or the customer’s requirements.
What is the difference between quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC)?
These terms are often used interchangeably and refer to the measures carried out during a quality management process. In fact, quality assurance and quality control are two different aspects of quality management. Quality control describes the part that focuses on the fulfillment of quality objectives. Quality assurance, on the other hand, refers to the part of how a process or how a product is manufactured.
