What is a quality management manual (QM manual)?
The quality management manual is a company-internal compilation and documentation of the company’s quality management system, which is a component of ISO 9001 when introducing a QM system. It maps the key processes of a company, shows interfaces and interrelationships and provides a structured overview of the processes. It documents the management’s intentions and requirements for ensuring and improving quality in the company within the framework of ISO 9001.
