What is a quality management manual (QM manual)?
The quality management manual is an internal compilation and documentation of the company’s quality management system, which is part of ISO 9001 when introducing a QM system. It maps the essential processes of a company, shows interfaces and interrelationships and provides a structured overview of the processes. It documents the intentions and specifications of the management to ensure and improve quality in the company within the framework of ISO 9001.
