What do incoming goods inspection and outgoing goods inspection mean?

  • Incoming goods inspection: Immediately after goods receipt, the goods received must be inspected for quantity and quality. If this does not happen, the warranty does not apply in the event of damage.
  • Outgoing goods inspection: The outgoing goods inspection ensures that the delivery is free of defects with regard to type, quantity, quality, packaging, shipping.
