What does test data evaluation mean?
The term test data evaluation comes from the production measurement technology. It refers to the product-oriented “classical quality inspection” (inspection planning => inspection data acquisition => inspection data evaluation). Production metrology is the generic term for all activities associated with measurement and testing tasks that are to be performed during the industrial creation process of a product.
