What is Quality 4.0 all about?
Quality 4.0 is the term for technologies, practices, and processes whose goal is to optimize QM. This also includes technologies known from Industry 4.0. Quality 4.0 uses these technologies to monitor, manage and optimize quality along the entire supply chain. In this way, companies identify unused potential in process and work quality, which results in an increase in product quality in manufacturing. In addition to technology, the relevant soft skills of the responsible specialists are also useful. When it comes to increasing process quality, employees who are intimately familiar with the processes under investigation are the first port of call.
