New and improved

  • Optional checks: checks can be flagged as optional and then do not block closing the checklist (Designer).
  • Checks dependent on custom fields: whether a check appears can depend on a field of the test object or of the checklist — in addition to depending on other check results.
  • Designer: pages, sections and checks can be reordered by drag & drop.
  • Separate permission for reopening: dedicated permissions for reopening checklists and reopening issues (administration).
  • GS1 code reader on the text check — GS1 codes are read and transferred into the text field.
  • Retry PDF generation: if generation fails, it can be triggered again directly.
  • Checklist PDF: output attached PDF files at the end of the protocol (a new setting); improved rendering of the signature.
  • Test object view: create an issue or a checklist directly from the view (test objects & search).
  • Offline data: the page shows a synchronisation status bar (working offline).
  • Notifications refresh "My Tasks" automatically.
  • Sign-in in the mobile app via the system browser (OAuth).
  • Workflows: identifier in the webhook payload (API reference); PDF storage as its own workflow action.
  • Language names for Chinese (simplified and traditional) corrected.
  • Performance: faster todo and test object search, faster loading of check results with large data volumes.

Fixed bugs: 48 — main areas: combined PDF (deleted attachments were still output, wrong hit count when filtering by check category alone, errors with restricted user permissions), Public API v3 (removing closed checklists, resolving issues with open tasks, GPS values, status codes), workflows (saving, webhook headers, removing users from notification actions), periodic assignments at the daylight-saving changeover, editing images in check comments, filters in "My Tasks", incomplete PDF reports, report settings (lost client secret), deep links on iOS.

Technical: migration to .NET 10 and EF Core 10, Flutter 3.41, updated iOS SDK, API documentation moved from Swagger UI to Scalar, Azure Functions on Flex Consumption, security updates in backend and frontend.
