PHASE 01 · EVALUATION
Clear Criteria, Clear Choice
The key factors were cross-platform compatibility (Windows, iOS), multilingual support, image and document attachments, comprehensive reporting, a secure cloud connection, and AI capabilities. Testify combined the technical requirements of audit management with a modern, intuitive user interface.
PHASE 02 · IMPLEMENTATION
Introduced on a manageable scale
The rollout took place in phases starting in 2024. The effort required remained manageable, and the customer-focused support approach in the initial phase made the process considerably easier. Users were involved early on through training sessions and real-world scenarios.
PHASE 03 · OPERATION
Accepted in Everyday Life
In use since late September 2024: Audit management and internal auditors use Testify to conduct system audits. Initial hesitation quickly gave way to acceptance because the practical benefits were immediately apparent.
