What does lean management mean?

Lean management is used to organize processes more efficiently in order to achieve the goal with as little effort as possible. It focuses on minimizing waste (cost reduction), shortening and optimizing processes in the value chain. In the context of corporate management, it describes a concept that is geared towards the targeted organization of economic activities and the reduction of unnecessary costs.
