What does the EN 13485 standard regulate?
The EN 13485 standard regulates the requirements that thermometers for use in the food sector must meet. The requirements include, for example, the type of measurement (contact/insertion measurement), the measuring range, the measuring accuracy and the resolution of the measuring device.
