What does cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) mean?
cGMP describes specifications for ensuring the product quality of drugs and active ingredients. The cGMP regulations are continuously being developed – also for the benefit of patient safety and are therefore considered indispensable for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Companies are required to adapt their processes accordingly.
