With the weighting of test results according to an individually configurable points system, all forms of audits can be easily implemented. From now on, points can be added to the answer options for each check and thus a weighting of answer options can be achieved. This results in a total number of points per check, which is then set in relation to the maximum number of points that can be achieved.     <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Example based on a 5S audit.<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Check 1: Is there unnecessary or outdated information in the workspace?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Answer 1: 0 points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer 2: 5 points  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer 3: 10  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Check 2: Are there any unused or defective devices, machines or equipment in the work area?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Answer 1: 0 points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer 2: 5 points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer 3: 10 points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The principle of assessment is already very clear here. There is a maximum total number of points that can be achieved for each test, which results in a percentage. This scoring can be very helpful, especially in the context of audits.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evaluations of the audits in the Audit Dashboard.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The audit evaluations are carried out in Testify Reporting. The limit for a passed audit test can be individually adjusted for each use case. Furthermore, a comparison between the maximum value to be achieved and the value actually achieved helps to visualize the discrepancy.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The dashboard also has a filter to determine whether a check has been carried out several times in order to detect possible manipulations.
