What does the standard DIN EN 12830 regulate?
The standard DIN EN 12830 regulates all technical and functional characteristics of measuring instruments for monitoring and recording the air temperature, which are intended for storage, transport and distribution facilities of chilled, frozen or deep-frozen food as well as ice cream.
